I took a walk in Santa Monica yesterday, in time to catch the sunset.
I have done the walk several times over the years, yet when the colors play and change in the darkening light, I am always caught in wonder and awe. It's when I appreciate the vastness of the sky and ocean, as well as where I am with my thoughts and pre-occupations relative to the seeming eternity.
